00:11 so this is the dashboard as you can see
00:14 it's it's
00:15 pretty blank there aren't any entries i
00:18 haven't done any settings
00:19 uh nothing i wanted to start fresh and
00:23 you know show you guys what it's going
00:24 to look like when you
00:26 upload it to the the ftp and you know
00:29 just
00:30 start from from zero okay so
00:33 like i said this is the the dashboard
00:35 this is what is presented when you
00:37 actually go to the page and it is locked
00:40 by
00:40 um page safe or uh the the
00:44 total cms one as well uh that's included
00:46 um
00:47 so yeah so it is password protected
00:51 uh let's see i'll go ahead and just show
00:52 you the menu
00:54 so this is the menu you have dashboard
00:57 you have
00:58 you know direct links to all the
01:00 different crm types
01:02 here are your settings you have decor
01:04 site settings and a logout button
01:07 and then down here you have page
01:09 settings if you're familiar with my
01:11 other project files
01:12 you'll know what these are but these are
01:15 basically
01:17 areas for you to set page specific
01:20 settings
01:22 and also some templates and i'll go over
01:24 that in future videos
01:26 but uh yeah so that's that's that and
01:28 then
01:29 down here other settings is you'll see
01:32 where you can do templates
01:34 and credits and i've i
01:37 enjoy the credits aspect this is
01:40 basically a
01:41 a way for you to credit um
01:44 creators you know photographers you know
01:46 or people who do videos
01:48 in your in your websites you know we we
01:51 tend to
01:52 use websites like unsplash and
01:56 you know we'll take their images and put
01:58 them in our projects
02:00 and not really remember to give them
02:02 credit well this is a way to do that
02:04 you can add the different
02:08 um images or whatever and the in the
02:11 credit information
02:12 to the website it's pretty nice
02:16 so so this is the this is i call it the
02:19 desk
02:19 drawer so you know field office so yeah
02:22 this is the menu
02:24 and i'll show you the form so there's
02:27 one form
02:29 to control all of these okay
02:33 i just i was going to do an individual
02:35 form for each but i found
02:37 that each one of these used very similar
02:42 you know fields and i figured
02:45 why not just make it one form and you
02:48 know
02:49 it's make it easier on everybody to make
02:51 the relationships
02:52 show up so i'll just show you the form
02:55 so if i click on the plus button
02:59 here is the form so
03:02 you have a title so this is the title
03:05 and
03:05 it is also the permalink okay
03:09 and then i have crm type you can do
03:11 contact project proposal contract
03:14 invoice and to do
03:16 due date slash acquired so acquired
03:19 is the way i kind of see um you know if
03:22 you have a contact
03:23 and you want to know you know when did
03:25 they come on board you know when did
03:27 when did you
03:28 acquire that contact uh as opposed to a
03:31 contract
03:32 you know let's see let's say you have a
03:34 contract and you want the due date to be
03:37 i don't know about a week from now so
03:40 we'll do the six so that's that's when
03:42 the contract would be due okay
03:44 it has the same type of you know
03:47 function when it comes to draft as other
03:49 total cms blog forms you can
03:52 set it as draft and come back to it
03:54 later active and inactive
03:56 by default everything is active if it's
03:59 inactive
04:00 it just means that you know maybe it's a
04:01 project and you know it's it's
04:04 projects over with and you just want to
04:06 keep it
04:07 keep it around but you know it's it's
04:09 inactive
04:11 you know the different situations
04:12 different scenarios where that could be
04:14 helpful
04:15 contact name slash primary contact
04:18 this is where you put in the the first
04:20 and last name of your
04:22 your contact the contact email the
04:25 contact phone
04:26 and company and the cool thing with you
04:29 know total cms
04:30 is if you know if i were to add a
04:32 contact you know let's say this is a
04:34 contact
04:35 and i added the first time obviously i
04:38 have to type it all in
04:39 but later on let's say that i need to do
04:42 a
04:43 proposal and instead of typing in the
04:46 contact name again you can just double
04:48 click in the field
04:50 and because you've already typed that
04:52 contact in
04:54 it'll show up so that's pretty pretty
04:56 handy another reason why i like the
04:58 whole
04:59 you know one blog form to control
05:02 all the different types uh down here is
05:05 a place for you to drag and drop files
05:09 and then over here you can do a portrait
05:12 of the person so if it's you know a
05:14 picture of your client
05:15 um or the the logo of their company you
05:18 can drag it in here
05:20 uh the total this is where you can set a
05:22 total for
05:23 however much you know the project is
05:25 going to cost
05:27 um tags slash services so like if it's a
05:30 you know if this is a project for a new
05:32 website for somebody you know you're a
05:34 web designer
05:35 you can put in here you know they want
05:37 to have an online store
05:39 they want to have you know
05:42 image galleries you know whatever it is
05:44 you want you can you can tag it here
05:47 uh details of the project so this is
05:49 kind of where the
05:50 majority bulk information
05:54 for your project proposal whatever is
05:57 going to go into okay this is the
06:00 the main thing you can see here this
06:02 little button pick template
06:04 i'll go over that uh in a later video
06:08 but that you can set up templates for
06:10 yourself so you're not having to
06:12 reinvent the wheel each time you want to
06:14 do something
06:15 and then additional information you know
06:17 i had a i had an extra field
06:19 available so i figured well you know
06:21 maybe there's
06:22 not not everything goes in the details
06:24 and you know you want to have a little
06:26 bit of
06:26 extra info about your client or your
06:29 your uh
06:30 project or something so you can tack it
06:32 on into here
06:34 and then down here archive you know you
06:35 can archive and unarchive
06:37 uh whatever it is the contact project
06:40 whatever
06:41 and then you know the save button so and
06:43 you got this handy little
06:44 you know back to top widget and that
06:46 should be on most of the pages
06:49 so yeah so this is the uh an overview
06:52 um a general overview of
06:55 you know what field office looks like if
06:58 i go to all crm you can see
07:01 this would be like a 3 000 mile view
07:04 of you know everything that you have
07:06 going on
07:07 so it would display instead of just
07:10 numbers like on the dashboard it would
07:12 display
07:13 all your contacts projects contracts
07:15 invoices proposals and to-do's
07:17 right here everything that's active that
07:20 is
07:20 okay so anyway i hope uh
