00:06 i'm going to show you guys what the
00:08 different page settings are
00:10 as well as email templates
00:13 in the field office project you'll be
00:16 able to
00:17 email the primary contacts
00:20 directly from within the the website
00:23 from within the crm
00:25 it's a pretty nice feature it just helps
00:28 to keep you
00:28 you know inside the crm without having
00:31 to
00:32 you know go out and in to your email
00:34 client and you know do a new email there
00:36 everything is all contained within the
00:39 crm
00:40 and it allows you to pre-determine
00:44 how you want your emails to look
00:48 so i'll go ahead and show you that right
00:49 now so if i click on the
00:52 desk drawer icon and come down to page
00:55 settings
00:57 you'll see a list of all the different
00:59 settings or buttons that
01:01 lead you to the different page settings
01:03 pages
01:04 so i'm going to focus right now on
01:06 proposals so if i click on proposals
01:10 i'm taken to the proposals page settings
01:14 okay and so i have my email template and
01:18 then i have
01:19 settings for the page itself and here
01:21 you can hit
01:22 select or set your page title the link
01:26 title
01:27 page description um a lot of these
01:29 settings are
01:31 mostly for the front facing
01:35 pages and you know i'll probably go
01:38 through and over time clean
01:40 clean up a lot of the unnecessary
01:43 settings but i have them here
01:45 just because of that they're tied
01:48 directly into seo helper
01:50 and not that we want you know google to
01:53 index
01:54 these pages or anything but um i i've
01:57 kept it
01:58 the settings here for possible
02:01 future updates to to the project file so
02:04 for right now they're really not going
02:06 to do much at least with
02:08 the the crm page settings
02:11 but for the front-facing pages for your
02:14 clients it'll mean
02:15 everything okay so
02:18 so yeah so this is what it you know this
02:20 is where you can set
02:22 all these things your page description
02:23 social share card things like that
02:25 but right now what i'm going to do is
02:27 focus on email template
02:29 so i'm going to go ahead and switch over
02:33 to
02:34 rapidweaver
02:37 okay so here is my
02:40 rapidweaver project for my email
02:43 templates
02:44 these are using joe's email stacks
02:49 right here and so what i've done is
02:52 i've i've created a proposals email
02:56 and in it i have the proposal name
03:00 so this will be the the title of it and
03:02 you
03:03 you know you said all this in the actual
03:05 proposal it just pulls
03:07 the uh the information so like
03:10 in this if you wanted to change and make
03:12 it your own
03:15 email template using joe stacks
03:18 wherever you'd want the title you know
03:20 you would just put the curly brace curly
03:22 brace title
03:23 and curly brace curly brace same for two
03:25 names
03:26 total all that stuff and when i go over
03:29 the project
03:30 file itself i'll show you
03:34 what all that means but that's going to
03:35 be a different video
03:37 so right here i have you know a button
03:40 down here that says answer proposal
03:42 and when this button is clicked it will
03:45 take the
03:46 user back to the website but to
03:49 a a front-facing page for them to review
03:53 the proposal
03:54 and then type in accept or decline
03:58 so that's kind of like their digital
04:00 signature and once they do that hit
04:01 submit
04:02 then it will send an email back
04:06 to you the the owner and you'll be able
04:09 to get their
04:10 their response so so that's how
04:14 that is i'm gonna go ahead and uh you
04:16 know
04:17 hit preview so i can see the
04:20 the uh email code so i'm gonna say copy
04:23 to clipboard
04:26 and i'll go back over to
04:29 field office and i'm just gonna hit
04:32 paste okay
04:34 hit save
04:37 and now my email template is saved for
04:39 proposals
04:41 so i'll show you what it looks like
04:45 on the proposal answer email so like if
04:48 i come down here to proposal answer
04:55 i'm taken to the proposal answer page
04:58 settings
04:59 okay so this page looks a little bit
05:01 different
05:02 in that we have a banner so at the top
05:04 of the page when
05:05 the user comes to uh you know view the
05:08 proposal and answer it
05:10 there is a section a banner at the top
05:12 just you know for
05:13 for pretty pretty sake um and you'll be
05:17 able to set your banner image here
05:20 so then you know you have the same
05:22 settings down here so since this is a
05:24 front-facing site you may want to you
05:28 know have
05:29 page description and the link title and
05:31 all that stuff just for seo purposes
05:33 but for this one i have my email
05:35 template and i'm going to come
05:38 back over to rapidweaver
05:41 and go to my proposals answer
05:44 and i'll just go and show you what the
05:48 different
05:49 fields are so i have proposal id
05:53 a for the proposal the title of it and
05:55 this proposal id
05:57 is the um it's the the permalink
06:00 okay and then i have the company
06:04 and i have the two names so like this is
06:07 gonna be
06:08 uh what i receive it's gonna be you know
06:11 if if
06:11 i was the client and it would say chris
06:14 is it'll say chris
06:15 you know apostrophe s chris's answer to
06:17 the proposal
06:18 is and then the answer whatever i typed
06:21 into that you know that field
06:24 preferably it's accept so if i hit
06:28 refresh on here and copy this come
06:31 back over to my field office
06:35 field i can hit command v and paste that
06:38 in and save
06:40 okay so now my my email template is set
06:44 and i will be going over what that looks
06:48 like
