00:02 like to take the time to introduce you
00:04 to the lightbox tax in today's a
00:06 presentation we're going to actually go
00:08 over the latest update version 14 of the
00:11 stacks and give you an overview of all
00:13 the features that you're going to see so
00:16 now what I've done is I'm now at my
00:19 lightbox tak test site which is lightbox
00:23 Joe workman net and I'm going to just go
00:27 over your quick little overview of what
00:28 the lightbox actually does this home
00:31 page here that you get actually has all
00:33 three flavors of what your lightbox can
00:36 do okay the first at the top actually
00:41 uses a text link and you can use
00:43 actually use a text link to launch your
00:45 lightbox now what you see popped up here
00:47 is the actual light box it is a nice
00:50 beautiful white background with a shadow
00:52 I can't really see the shadow right now
00:54 because the the color of the website
00:56 it's a shadow box that you can customize
00:59 anything you want inside this lightbox
01:03 then you can nicely close it via the X
01:06 now this lightbox is completely
01:10 customizable you can change the
01:12 background you can change the image here
01:15 of the close x okay to be whatever you
01:20 really want ok now these other lightbox
01:25 stacks are the one in the middle is the
01:28 lightbox stack which allows you to have
01:31 anything you want a basically image
01:33 image combined with text I put a border
01:37 around this so you can actually see
01:39 anywhere you click inside this border
01:42 launches the lightbox okay now as you
01:46 see this launch is the same exact
01:47 lightbox as it did with the top textual
01:51 link okay so you see you can have
01:53 multiple locations launch the same
01:55 lightbox on your page this stack down
01:59 here at the bottom is a lightbox
02:00 compliant stack it's actually used
02:04 because the this particular light box
02:07 appear that uses the launch is not wc
32:11 compliant getting a little tech
02:13 well jargon here this stack below here
02:16 is a little more limited in that it only
02:19 allows you to do an image with a
02:21 optional caption at the bottom however
02:24 it is wc3 compliant with that said all
02:28 of these stacks here do work on all of
02:31 the browsers full support on on all most
02:35 popular known browsers out there on both
02:37 windows and mac okay so if you were to
02:42 click on this other light box you'll see
02:44 on a same light box with some different
02:46 content just an image and some text
02:50 however you know you can do more than
02:53 just image and text inside your light
02:55 box here's a few examples on this demo
02:58 site if we go to the video page click on
03:01 this chair here as we see it will launch
03:08 a YouTube video took a little bit of
03:10 down to a time to download that YouTube
03:12 video but you can now play this YouTube
03:14 video or a quicktime video or vid ler or
03:18 whatever video you want can now be
03:20 inside your lightbox okay um the
03:26 off-site stack are the off-site page
03:29 this is an interesting idea it actually
03:31 takes my off-site stack and actually
03:36 inserts an external web page into your
03:39 lightbox okay as so as you see really
03:42 your imagination is as your limit is is
03:44 your only limitations here flickr this
03:48 takes a a flickr slideshow and inserts
03:52 it into your lightbox for you so you see
03:56 it's a very versatile stack you can put
03:58 whatever you want inside of it okay and
04:01 last but definitely not least we have a
04:04 map stack so let's say you want to put
04:09 maps to your office or whatever you want
04:12 click on that and off comes a google map
04:16 stack okay so this very customizable a
04:21 very useful stack that allows you to put
04:24 anything you want into a lightbox on
04:27 your page
