00:00 behind-the-scenes of Weaver space take
00:01 one here we are guys episode 2 I told
00:17 you this was gonna be a two-week thing
00:19 of me being solo Greg is on vacation
00:22 having fun Polly party in his life away
00:25 we miss you Greg tear okay so in this
00:30 episode I'm going to be going over
00:32 behind the scenes of what it takes me to
00:35 run Weaver space right what what tools
00:38 do we use what um how is everything
00:41 structured and in the last episode I
00:43 kind of talked about my vision for where
00:46 Weaver space is hopefully I didn't bore
00:47 you too much um I'm really passionate I
00:51 want to take Weaver space to a whole new
00:53 level
00:53 and I need you guys to do that right I
00:56 need your help I can't do it without you
00:58 it's all about building a great
01:00 community and that isn't about me it's
01:03 about you and hopefully you guys are
01:06 loving it and enjoying it and sharing it
01:09 with others because that's how we can
01:10 grow and make things better right a
01:12 rising tide brings up all boats or
01:14 whatever that saying is right and I'm
01:17 looking forward to that and so in this
01:19 episode again we're gonna be talking
01:21 about behind the scenes what
01:23 how do I run everything right like what
01:26 do I do um you probably don't want to
01:28 know what my day-to-day life is that's
01:30 kind of boring right taking the kids to
01:32 school working my tail off and picking
01:37 the kids up from school making them do
01:38 homework while I try to squeeze in some
01:40 more work and then put them to bed and
01:42 then I work some more okay um that's the
01:45 quick 30-second spiel of my day-to-day
01:48 life but what is Weaver space so what
01:53 about a month ago I
01:54 I took my node and I created a mind map
01:57 of what my business is right and I split
02:02 the mind map up into a few different
02:04 branches and I'm gonna go over every
02:06 single branch now right first we have
02:09 websites okay so what websites do we
02:11 have we have support okay we have social
02:14 networking you have marketing we have
02:17 team okay we have team communication
02:21 finances and lastly tools
02:26 and so I'm gonna review all of this
02:29 today um hopefully I don't know how long
02:32 I have no clue I no clue how long this
02:34 is gonna take me so I think I'm gonna
02:36 try to you know zip through all of it as
02:39 much as I can I don't know maybe I'll
02:41 split this episode um but - - we'll see
02:44 so first I'm we're gonna start off with
02:45 websites right what websites do we have
02:48 um currently right now it is May 17th
02:52 and everything resides on Jill workman
02:55 net all my products but as I said in the
02:58 last episode hopefully by the end of
03:00 June all of that will be migrated to the
03:03 new WWE verse pace web site and I am
03:07 super stoked about that
03:09 been working on it with John Hawkins for
03:11 about six months we've been working
03:13 really hard on it for the past two to
03:15 three months and it's just gonna be like
03:18 nothing you've ever seen before um it's
03:21 gonna be great I'll give you guys once
03:22 we're launched to give you guys a
03:23 behind-the-scenes tour on how all of
03:26 that magic happens because it is gonna
03:29 be magic
03:30 so Joker net net Weaver space it's kind
03:34 of the online store right um and then
03:36 obviously we have the community website
03:38 which is community dot Weaver space
03:39 which is the community site Rights where
03:42 we it's our I don't want to use forum
03:44 because it's not really a forum right
03:45 it's so much more than that and I mean I
03:48 love that community site I spend it on
03:49 it all day so yeah then we have a few
03:53 other like product specific web sites so
03:55 we have foundation stacks calm which is
03:58 you know a dedicated website for
04:01 foundation right we have a same thing a
04:03 dedicated web site for email stacks
04:04 which is email stacks comm and finally
04:07 total CMS comm so total - CMS comm I
04:11 think those are fitting because those
04:12 products are are so large and as I
04:15 mentioned yesterday in yesterday's
04:17 podcast or last week's podcast those are
04:20 really the the main pillars that are
04:22 that are holding up this community right
04:24 better that are really allowing it to go
04:25 forward so I
04:29 products are big enough to deserve to
04:31 deserve their own websites their own
04:33 dedicated prot you instead of just a
04:34 little product page their full-blown
04:37 websites that go over features and you
04:39 know all that stuff so that's why we
04:42 have those I have a few more things like
04:43 I got font Pro stacks calm that that is
04:46 a big product and I love font Pro I'm
04:48 not sure I'll ever use that domain we'll
04:51 see other other websites that we have we
04:53 have rapid overbooked calm which is my
04:56 book right I wrote a book years ago on
04:59 rap over 5 and um a lot of it's still
05:02 relevant today I hope to one day update
05:05 it again I'll probably self publish at
05:07 this time or next time I say when will
05:11 that happen I don't know
05:13 I would like to I'd also like to write a
05:15 a normal book like like not a web design
05:18 book but something else maybe a you know
05:20 a business book or or self-help book and
05:22 and that's well on my on my bucket list
05:25 of life is to write a book a real book
05:27 not that not that my book isn't realist
05:30 300 pages and one of the most difficult
05:31 things I've ever done but wrap weaver
05:34 book calm that'll probably stick around
05:36 the book is still relevant if you don't
05:38 have it a lot of times it goes on sale
05:40 throughout the year I don't really have
05:42 control over sales for it so it's all
05:45 done by the publisher Packt publishing
05:47 but if you don't have it and you see it
05:49 come up on sale or if you just like to
05:52 buy it for a regular price go ahead it's
05:54 a good book has a lot of fundamentals of
05:57 web design so if you're really new to
05:59 wrap your web design have a look
06:01 everything is most of it probably 80%
06:03 85% now is is relevant mostly the
06:07 screenshots and thing is that obviously
06:08 a little out-of-date but the principles
06:11 are still tried-and-true
06:13 the last website is rapidweaver
06:16 conference calm and that's obviously a
06:19 website dedicated just for the
06:21 conference um it'll pry stick around
06:23 I don't know I'm debating to move that
06:25 to weavers dot space slash conference I
06:26 don't know we'll see
06:29 but wrap Weaver comments calm obviously
06:32 it's the website for the conference
06:34 that's obviously a big enough product
06:36 unto its own to kind of warrant its own
06:38 website so that's kind of why I have all
06:41 of those various websites I use a lot of
06:44 subdomains as well like I have like
06:45 preview Joker net net which has some
06:47 like online demos and/or we'll probably
06:49 still have some of that with Weaver
06:50 space but obviously it'll be on the
06:52 Weaver space domain but those are all
06:54 the web sites that kind of run
06:56 everything that we do okay so as you see
07:00 you know we have the main product or the
07:02 main site um the bigger pillar products
07:06 have their own data KD web sites that
07:08 will obviously link back to the main
07:09 Weaver space site so that you can
07:12 purchase them and things of that nature
07:13 so those are all the web sites next up
07:16 is support customer support is very very
07:22 important okay um I do have to say a
07:25 shout out to rob right as you if you
07:29 guys know if you've ever emailed in
07:31 Rob's evil is my go-to band he's my
07:35 right-hand man and he handles most of
07:38 support right um if you email in chances
07:40 are you are going to be emailing and
07:43 chatting with Rob and he cares about
07:46 you so much right um he he goes to the
07:50 enth degree to help you out and it's
07:54 really great it's good to see um you
07:56 know a lot of times it's just a five
07:57 dollar purchase but he'll spend an hour
07:59 building a little project for your
08:01 helping you out um you know and so it's
08:05 good he he loves he loves working with
08:07 you guys and he appreciates you know I
08:10 know he appreciates it so any feedback
08:13 that you can give to him and praise and
08:15 just a little thank-you note to him is
08:18 would go a long way so I just want to
08:21 say thank you rob
08:22 publicly here on the podcast that you're
08:25 awesome I love what you do for me and
08:27 for everybody else and I greatly
08:29 appreciate it okay so support
08:33 it's very important right um we try to
08:37 do as quick as we can right so we try to
08:39 get back to you within two days
08:40 obviously you know there's weekends and
08:43 you know while we dip our heads into the
08:46 support tickets sometimes when we're
08:48 bored on the weekends um well a lot of
08:50 times it's two business days okay till
08:53 we get back to you our average is less
08:55 than one day I should say sometimes you
08:58 know we get packed people within an hour
09:00 sometimes it takes us a few days because
09:02 we got to do some research or something
09:03 like that on some issues but we we try
09:07 our best to help everybody out and that
09:10 includes um you know stuff that a lot of
09:13 other people don't support like hey I'd
09:15 love this you know the the color of this
09:18 text to be a little different or can I
09:20 can I you know nudge this little bit
09:22 over and um you know we we probably do
09:26 more than that than we should because it
09:27 that stuff eats up a lot of time and um
09:30 you know if you have a lot of those
09:31 questions it'd be great if you were to
09:33 post those on the community site so that
09:35 when near robbed or someone helps you
09:37 out other people can benefit from that
09:40 as well
09:40 so instead of just emailing us for those
09:42 you know modifications that really
09:44 aren't support please go ahead and post
09:48 those to the community that way
09:50 everybody so so that when I'm helping
09:52 you out I get everybody else gets to
09:54 benefit so that's a big benefit of
09:56 having a community site is a when me or
10:00 Rob help you it helps everybody else out
10:02 because they get to see the solution and
10:04 next chances are there are some really
10:08 smart people over there on the community
10:11 and a lot of them even know my products
10:14 better than me sometimes so a lot of
10:16 times you know up user will post a
10:18 question on the community and they'll
10:21 someone else will answer it like a
10:23 customer will answer it and I go oh wow
10:25 I never even thought about that that's
10:27 brilliant right you know it's so you
10:29 know you get a lot of people you get the
10:31 whole community helping you out if you
10:33 post over there so I really strongly
10:35 recommend doing that um you'll probably
10:37 get a quicker response and a faster
10:39 response because you have 2,000 people
10:41 looking at those instead of just Rob or
10:44 me
10:44 so real Mac forum real Mac has a great
10:49 forum that obviously is highly popular
10:51 since it's the official rapidweaver
10:52 forum and we are on there right so it is
10:56 important that we have a presence on the
10:57 official rapidweaver forum and you know
11:00 so you if you post there on the forum
11:02 you know we'll definitely make sure that
11:05 you get helped out Rob is on those
11:07 forums and all we constantly combing
11:10 through them and helping people out over
11:11 there obviously I already talked about
11:13 that weaver space the community please
11:15 go ahead and post there that really is
11:18 the best place because you're gonna get
11:19 faster service and better service most
11:22 because there's 2,000 people looking at
11:24 that stuff and instead of two obviously
11:27 email and for email when you send in an
11:30 email to support at jorinda net or the
11:33 new support address support at weavers
11:35 space it goes into a app that I pay for
11:39 called Zendesk
11:41 and i could not live without Zendesk
11:44 Zendesk is just an amazing tool it's a
11:48 support ticketing system that I couldn't
11:51 live without and it's I really rely on
11:54 it so much that a lot of times you know
11:56 people will send an email they'll figure
11:58 out my personal email address somehow
12:00 and they'll send me an email and they
12:03 asking for help and I have to
12:05 immediately or they'll send me a DM
12:08 right either a DM on Weaver space or a
12:10 DM on the wrap weaver forum or a DM on
12:12 Twitter or whatever okay a direct
12:15 message someone a lot of times I have to
12:17 be very strict with myself and most of
12:20 the time unless it's a really quick
12:21 response a really simple one I have to
12:24 forge you over and ask you to email that
12:26 over to support our support email
12:29 address so that the ticket is properly
12:32 tracked right it's very important that
12:34 that happens because I don't wanna I
12:37 don't want to forget about you right and
12:39 if you send me an email to my personal
12:41 email um my personal email box just you
12:45 know we all get tons and tons of email
12:46 right so chances are I'm gonna forget
12:49 about you chances are if I look at your
12:51 direct message that you sent me on on
12:54 any wherever
12:56 I'm gonna look at it probably when I'm
12:57 mobile right and then I'm gonna forget
12:59 about it when I get home to answer you
13:01 um so a lot of times if I if I just
13:04 respond you and say please PLEASE email
13:06 support it's purely for your benefit
13:08 because I I want to make sure that we
13:10 have a a single place to look for
13:13 support okay well two places we have our
13:15 community and en Zendesk right that's
13:18 where we look for support and if you can
13:21 submit through one of those two approved
13:22 channels we can make sure that we have
13:25 we put our full attention and focus into
13:27 those two areas to make sure that we can
13:30 serve you the best possible right
13:32 because it is just two of us and you
13:36 know we're supporting thousands and
13:38 thousands of users so trying to be
13:42 really strict with where support comes
13:44 in is very very important obviously
13:47 social networks I briefly mentioned you
13:49 know Twitter and things of that nature
13:50 and how I deal with those so if you send
13:53 us a tweet if it's something quick
13:55 I will definitely you know respond to
13:56 you right there and maybe ask you for
13:58 the future to email us or post on the
14:00 community so yeah
14:03 social networks you can definitely ping
14:04 us but the two primary ways is email
14:08 through support at weavers dot space
14:10 that's our new support email and through
14:13 the community on weavers dot space the
14:16 website so next up is our dock portal
14:19 and actually in the last episode I
14:21 didn't really talk much about my plans
14:23 for the dock portal so maybe I'll dive
14:25 into that a little bit right now okay
14:27 and so our new dock right I have a dock
14:31 partl docks Joe workman net and it has
14:34 the documentation for every single
14:37 product all 150 plus products every
14:40 single setting and every single product
14:42 is documented out with a least some sort
14:46 of little bullet point about what that
14:48 setting is right and that's a lot of
14:50 work and obviously we have FA cues and
14:53 keeping that stuff up to date and and
14:55 constantly adding new fa Q's is a lot of
14:58 work now I have ideas on what what me
15:01 what we can do internally to to make
15:03 sure that we're writing more fa Q's and
15:05 doing more of that stuff for you guys
15:07 but it is a lot of work that dr. poore
15:09 ttle is
15:10 huge website and a lot of times people
15:13 if they forget about it and I want to
15:15 make it more accessible so considering
15:18 some some cool things for the future
15:20 maybe you know auto-generating some
15:22 documents in this app called - so that
15:25 you know you can have all all the
15:27 documentation for every single one of my
15:29 products uh natively downloaded inside -
15:33 for you so you can search through them
15:35 super quick it's pretty cool um I'm I'm
15:39 positive it's going to happen I don't
15:41 know when but yeah I'm I'm looking
15:43 forward to that it's gonna be really
15:45 really exciting we're all it's gonna be
15:46 overhauling the entire doc portal into
15:48 something that's gonna be a lot faster
15:50 um better search and yeah it's just
15:54 gonna be really really cool
15:55 um again hopefully by the end of this
15:58 year we'll have something like that with
15:59 the new dock port 'l really excited
16:01 about it it's gonna be a lot of fun next
16:04 up is social networking and i do a lot
16:06 of this a lot of its automated right so
16:09 like if I ship out an update I
16:11 automatically get tweets out to Twitter
16:12 to the app Weaver space on Twitter and
16:15 you know there's a Weaver space of page
16:17 on Facebook we obviously have a YouTube
16:20 channel to youtube.com slash Weaver
16:21 space we have an Instagram account as
16:24 well which isn't really active right now
16:26 but I think that it might be cool to
16:29 populate more maybe design inspirations
16:32 and things of that nature over there but
16:35 to be honest like I don't really we
16:37 don't really do much um we don't do
16:40 enough social networking probably um it
16:42 could probably be automated a little bit
16:43 more maybe maybe scheduling out tweets
16:45 and and and post our Facebook page about
16:48 things that could help you out tips and
16:50 tricks and ideas and you know you know
16:53 links to popular fa Q's or popular
16:55 downloads or new blog post articles that
16:57 have that are coming out because like I
16:59 said in the last episode we're looking
17:00 for bloggers if you want to blog about
17:02 rapid eevr we want you so come on over
17:05 you can you can blog on Weaver space and
17:07 I think that'd be great um I'm thinking
17:10 about Pinterest I'm not too sure about
17:12 that um let me know what social network
17:15 do you guys use the most
17:16 do you use Pinterest do you think having
17:18 a Pinterest page for rapid Eber would be
17:20 beneficial for Weaver space and
17:23 Instagram
17:24 again do you think that would be
17:25 interesting to you as well please shoot
17:27 me up some messages over to Joe at
17:29 weavers dot space I'd love to hear your
17:31 feedback on that next up is marketing
17:35 right so what what sort of things from
17:38 marketing do we do at Weaver space
17:40 obviously the social networking is
17:42 obviously tied into that and you know I
17:46 told you about the various accounts we
17:47 have Weaver space pretty much everywhere
17:49 so Twitter Facebook YouTube Instagram
17:53 but we need to be better at that and
17:55 posting more often as I just went over
17:58 whilst do email campaigns I want to I'm
18:01 not gonna dive too much into this
18:02 because I I really talked about my
18:04 desires for how to improve our email
18:06 marketing in the earlier episodes on
18:09 email and but right now I'm my emails
18:12 that I send out are like hey I released
18:14 a new product hey I released a new
18:16 product hey I got this coming up and I'd
18:18 like to be more proactive to help you
18:21 out right - to give you a you know ideas
18:23 about you know new blog posts are here
18:25 and you know really help you learn and
18:28 into grow as a web designer cuz that's
18:31 really my vision for Weaver space to
18:32 help you grow because if you grow I grow
18:35 right so other things marketing
18:39 obviously the Hangouts I talked about in
18:41 the last episode
18:41 they're definitely great marketing you
18:43 know aspects from a business standpoint
18:46 they're definitely marketing because I'm
18:48 interacting with my customers very um
18:51 high cost in terms of my time but
18:54 extremely high return right because I
18:57 get to interact directly with a customer
19:00 I get to build a friendship with a
19:02 customer and you know there's that talk
19:04 about you know building your 1,000 true
19:07 fans and that's pretty much all you need
19:09 to have you know a successful business
19:11 well I'll tell you right now if you're
19:14 not doing it live Hangouts with your
19:16 customer is the best way to build a
19:20 strong bond and to build raving fans um
19:23 there's just no better way to do it
19:26 because I am sitting down chatting live
19:30 with a customer getting to know him or
19:33 her and helping them directly through a
19:36 situation or an issue
19:37 they're having or just chit-chatting
19:39 about life right there's no better
19:42 marketing channel I think than that
19:43 again high cost because it cost me
19:46 valuable time but I do it every single
19:49 week because I feel very passionately
19:52 about that it's bringing a lot I've said
19:55 this for many years it brings a high
19:57 touch feel to a high tech business right
19:59 so yeah really really excited about that
20:03 next up is podcasts obviously as a
20:05 marketing channel you've been listening
20:08 to hope you're listening to the podcast
20:09 now right so you know it gets us you
20:12 know in your ear constantly talking
20:14 about weaver space flow from a marketing
20:16 standpoint obviously podcasts a I find
20:19 them a lot of it is kind of fun I'm
20:20 enjoying it um I do have to say I think
20:23 I like video a little bit more just cuz
20:25 well I've been doing video for years as
20:27 well but it just feels a little bit more
20:29 personal but podcasts you get to listen
20:32 to them in your car and everything
20:34 I love podcasts myself right um whenever
20:37 I get in the car with my kids driving to
20:39 school every morning they know its
20:41 podcast time and sometimes they dread it
20:43 but my little guy Jacob he's 10 right
20:46 now he actually starting to enjoy it um
20:48 I I think he there's certain podcasts I
20:50 know he enjoys a little bit more like
20:52 the host so I make sure I put those
20:54 podcasts on for him and um and yeah he's
20:58 learning a little bit about business and
20:59 web design and small business
21:01 entrepreneur stuff and yeah really cool
21:02 um if you are a podcaster you know what
21:06 let's keep the f-bombs down to a minimum
21:08 like I know you want to be cool but like
21:13 sometimes it just drives me bonkers
21:15 where I'm listening to a business
21:17 podcast and I know you you just want to
21:19 be yourself and you just want to say eff
21:21 it
21:21 you know I don't care but you know it's
21:23 really good if you know I let my
21:25 ten-year-old listen to stuff and there
21:27 are some guys that I just can't do that
21:28 with right so um there's no reason to
21:31 drop f-bombs left and right and there's
21:34 a few podcasters out there that do that
21:36 and it's unfortunate and it's not that I
21:39 swear like a sieve as well um but
21:42 hopefully I haven't done it on this
21:44 podcast I don't think I have but
21:47 I'm not against swearing but like you
21:50 know what
21:51 need to do it on podcast just my opinion
21:54 okay I got off my soapbox now next up
21:58 obviously things like the r8 real Mac
22:00 community real Mac has a online
22:03 community that has I have all my
22:05 products on there listed so that you can
22:07 see users can rate them you can give
22:09 reviews if you love any my products I
22:11 would love you to go over there and give
22:13 me some star ratings or write a review
22:15 for your favorites tax for me not just
22:17 for my stuff but any of them right go on
22:20 please do it really people will go to
22:23 the real Mac community site they'll see
22:26 what the most popular add-ons are
22:27 they'll look the reviews they'll read
22:28 the reviews and it's just beneficial for
22:31 everybody to know which products are
22:33 great right so please take the time if
22:36 you can go to a real Mac community and
22:38 rate some of your favorite stacks
22:39 whether or not they're mine or not it's
22:42 just good for everybody
22:43 okay now a couple things in marketing
22:46 that I haven't really done yet at all um
22:49 I don't do much advertising the only
22:52 advertising I really really do in my
22:54 business is on the real Mac community
22:56 okay and it is the ad spots on there I
23:01 get like sponsored products you know
23:03 when you search and things of that
23:04 nature and I pay a real Mac for that and
23:06 yeah I think that's a must-have right um
23:08 I need to make sure that you know from a
23:10 business standpoint I'm on there you
23:12 know I'm marketing to you know the users
23:14 there and I need to be there obviously
23:17 so I pay for an ad spot there but I
23:20 haven't done anything like you know
23:21 Google Adwords or Facebook Ads I
23:24 obviously Facebook Ads seems seem very
23:26 good or Instagram ads potentially
23:29 because you know it seems to be all the
23:31 marketing rage now um I've never dived
23:33 into him actually a really good friend
23:36 of mine Andy Bengal uh he is known as
23:40 the ad Viking and I'm actually I want to
23:43 get him on this podcast
23:45 pretty soon because he just released a
23:46 course on Facebook ads and yeah I think
23:51 it'd be really good for everybody I
23:52 haven't taken the course yet I'm gonna
23:54 take the course I just got access to it
23:55 this week so I'm going to take that
23:57 Facebook Ads course and then we'll get
24:00 Andy on the show and interview them and
24:03 hopefully we can learn a few tidbits
24:04 from
24:05 him so but if you don't want to wait
24:07 head over to the head Viking comm I
24:10 think is the had Viking comm and um
24:13 check out a stuff really great guy I
24:15 love his wife Jen - she's awesome sauce
24:18 so yeah Facebook Ads really important
24:21 stuff you know I don't know if it's
24:22 really trendy I don't know if it works
24:23 in myspace but it's definitely something
24:25 that um I need to work on and look at
24:28 for the future for Weaver space next up
24:32 is a something I bought into it was on
24:35 he was appSumo back in November six
24:38 months ago and actually now and I want
24:41 to implement it on the new Weaver space
24:42 site and it's something called convert
24:44 Fox and it's just basically a way of
24:47 kind of tracking users throughout the
24:51 website and basic based on their actions
24:53 I can like you know show you some a
24:55 special email or something like that
24:57 right so um it's a way of um it's a way
25:01 for me to create sales funnels okay and
25:05 automatically email you about things
25:07 that you might potentially be interested
25:08 in I've never done anything like that um
25:12 again it's just another one of the
25:14 things I want to do better with email
25:15 and you know customized recommendations
25:17 for people because I think that
25:20 everyone's in a different situation so I
25:22 think it'd be really good to know to
25:24 give you know to help give you specific
25:26 help and recommendations on where you
25:28 are right based on maybe the pages you
25:31 visited how long you've been a customer
25:34 things of that nature
25:35 right so I'm really excited about that I
25:37 was actually at a conference a couple
25:38 weeks ago and met a great guy Julio
25:41 Burroughs that is he has his PhD in
25:44 machine learning and so I'm actually
25:46 going to be connecting up with him
25:48 pretty soon too to come up with some
25:51 sort of algorithm to give you guys
25:53 better recommendations on what you
25:55 should be learning or what products you
25:56 might want or things like that so I
25:58 think that's gonna be a really cool
26:00 thing for Weaver space going forward is
26:02 to really build a customized experience
26:05 for you as a user so and you as a web
26:11 designer should love that because you
26:12 know me I always productize everything I
26:14 do so whatever I learned that means I'm
26:17 going to be able to build something so
26:18 that you can do
26:19 same thing right because I want it I
26:22 want to give you guys the power um to do
26:25 what I do right I don't want to I don't
26:27 want to do it just for me I most of the
26:30 stuff that I do is for you guys right so
26:32 um you know like this whole stuff I'm
26:34 building with total CMST that's powering
26:36 the new Weaver space site man it's so
26:40 powerful and I can't wait for you guys
26:42 to have get your hands on it I'm super
26:45 super excited about it so yeah I just
26:50 noticed we are at 28 minutes I'm only
26:52 halfway through what I wanted to talk
26:55 about so what I'm gonna do is okay just
26:57 because I know you guys are probably
26:58 gonna listen to this in your car and
26:59 then no 30 minutes is just a great place
27:02 to stop at a podcast so what I do is I'm
27:05 gonna pause right now and I'm going to
27:08 create a new episode with part two of
27:11 behind the scenes and we're going to be
27:14 talking about my team finances tools
27:16 communications things of that nature so
27:19 without further ado we will see you in
27:21 the next episode guys
