00:00 okay you ready yep kick off the music do it and that was the wrong music okay
00:10 let's do that again
00:23 boom we are back Greg its how you doing I'm doing great how wouldn't you I am
00:30 fantastic yes do anything good this weekend
00:36 I assembled IKEA furniture ooh for what basement okay cool no need a little unit
00:45 Deanna but now toddler needs a play area to run around in so
00:53 throughout and excellent a little like a little track you just make a run around in circles yeah maybe maybe I thought it
01:01 comes to that and that works yeah she's out there and just like have it spin exactly well she like big red balls just
01:09 make just you know put a couple of those out there I know that right yeah yeah I'm just for reference the one in Joe's
01:15 office yes I guess we should reference that yeah on hangouts Greg's daughter comes and I have a big red exercise ball
01:21 in my office and she she loves to talk about my big red ball in my office
01:27 yeah she calls it out she spots it yeah background exactly how about you have
01:34 any uh up to anything good not this weekend just kind of hanging out my son's got a big biology midterm
01:41 tomorrow so his buddies over here and they're studying for that they're they're taking a a summer bio so instead
01:48 the second is an entire sophomore year they're doing a condensed class for five weeks so it's but he's been in it for
01:56 two weeks now and they've covered ten chapters in in two weeks so it's been
02:02 from 7:30 in the morning to 2:30 in the afternoon it's just biology it's been
02:08 pretty pretty intense so they have their midterm which is basically like you know their semesters over and they're going
02:15 over and having a you know their final on Monday tomorrow so good luck I didn't
02:21 know like biology and I have loved chemistry and physics and yeah my son
02:27 he's he's not too keen on biologies that's why he was like you know what I'll suffer through it for five weeks
02:32 and said I'm having it for an entire school year so sure yeah but it's pretty yeah so I hear here you
02:41 went to WWDC yeah I did on Tuesday it was a lot of fun um you know obviously I
02:47 didn't have a ticket I did go into all WWDC which is the free conference right
02:52 next door but I didn't attend any sessions deal my main goal of going down there was
02:58 purely just to meet up with people and have my face be seen so that people didn't totally forget about me right so
03:04 um it was successful I was actually I kind of ran into chuck Joyner from Mac
03:10 voices and he actually interviewed me so had a nice interview we talked about rapidweaver and how that ecosystems
03:18 working and I'm not sure exactly when that's going to be published but I will definitely be you know pointing that out
03:25 on Twitter and Weaver space and all that jazz about when that interview gets released so that was fun
03:31 yeah that's kind of cool yeah that's kind of
03:37 personal life goals someday check that out I've been de I've been to South by
03:43 Southwest in Austin mm-hmm ours that's an experience you never seen so many
03:48 people everywhere yeah I've never done that's actually one of my things I it's
03:54 on my bucket list of things to go to is South by Southwest yeah a lot of lot of fun on a great music lot of good food
04:00 bars it's a it's a good time by me you know right up there I think I want to
04:06 check out at WWDC some days so I'll let you know if I'm ever in your neck of the woods yeah you know I met up with
04:13 there's actually quite a few developers that are customers so I met up with a few of them and chit chatted and talked
04:19 about um you know things that they're using right beaver for and stuff like that so that's kind of cool and uh you know updates to all their apps and you
04:26 know and whatnot so met up with Dave Hamilton over at Mac Observer he's a
04:31 nice guy and so yeah I was a lot of fun and then Oh Anna you know Brian Webster
04:38 the developer Peter said pearl had lunch with him great guy so he's yeah it makes
04:43 him good software yeah I had to I had to give him some shame I had to shame him
04:48 to make him a ship an update for plist Edit Pro for 10.14 because it currently
04:54 crashes so you know he pilla said the pro is kinda like his for fun appen that
05:00 he does and so but i I wanted to give a little pressure on him so here's some
05:05 more pressure on the podcast Brian if you are listening all those 5,000
05:11 downloads if he's one of 5,000 yeah yeah exactly good to point it out we across 5,000
05:18 downloads right yeah it was great yes so the very tool we should I would see you can't miss your chance get that music
05:25 huge let's see if I pick a right one oh that was a bad one oh man what was that
05:32 hold on let me find a different one let me find it for one Lissie oh that's the drumroll that was wrong
05:40 oh you're chicken oh that's the joke drum I got I got to figure out something
05:45 I got it I got to memorize this little sound board so we get better better music and I can cue it up whenever I
05:50 need it that was just shame on me shame on me yeah you know come prepared next time joke yeah I gotta be prepared damn
05:57 it just slap me yeah so you wanna down to business yeah so today we're
06:04 just gonna be talking a little bit about WWDC sort of kind of what we liked about
06:10 it and how it affects rapper TV users and web users and whatnot we thought
06:15 we'd we'd obviously put a spin on that so you guys can know how it will affect you and and all that jazz so first up I
06:24 guess we'll just kind of walk through Mac iOS watch OS TV OS and then some specific stuff for Safari and whatnot to
06:31 talk about how it's gonna affect us so you want to kick off Greg yeah sure I
06:36 was gonna ask you what's your general overall overall impression of WWDC do you think it went well you think it was
06:43 successful you think III thought it was me waiting out before I thought it was great you know it was um a if we notice
06:49 there were zero Hardware announcements it was pure software so the keynote was seriously like I think it was like an
06:56 hour and 40 minutes of pure software it was it was actually really good I thought you know we got a much more
07:02 bigger in-depth view of the software that is going to come and they even gave
07:07 us some sneak peeks of stuff that's coming in 2019 which they normally never do right another thing that thought was
07:14 interesting was there were like almost no leaks before dub dub right for the
07:20 past few years Apple kind of was getting leaks all over the place in terms of like we pretty much knew what was coming
07:26 you know within a week or two weeks of the event right and really up till the
07:32 that day we really didn't know much except for I think Apple purposely leaked like a dark mode for Xcode and
07:39 stuff like that right um obviously that was I think purposely leaked it was a you know video on an apple server from
07:46 what I understand or whatever right but it was very very tight-lipped this year
07:51 so I thought that was good and in terms of the software hi I think it's it was kind of like one of those I you know
07:58 hi-c arrow is supposed to be like you one of the Snow Leopard you know where the snow releases the S releases right
08:03 and I think we got another one where there weren't a ton of new things coming right it was more of of a of a
08:12 refinement release there's better and reef things were refined I
08:18 think we're going for another refinement release and I'm really happy with that not any groundbreaking changes or new
08:26 new things that are gonna you know just kill everything off I thought was really good so yeah all in all I had thumbs up
08:34 I do have both iOS 12 and Mojave installed already on two devices so I'm
08:41 stoked about both how about you Greg yeah yeah I generally feel the same my only only gripe is there wasn't enough
08:48 focus on the developers I think it's like the same week you know Apple Apple
08:54 announces like memo G's or whatever and Microsoft goes out and buys github you
09:00 know you kind of got to think that the main WWC keynote is Apple's one main
09:06 event a year where they do a big huge major keynote presentation right so it I
09:12 think that keynote isn't for developers while it's at a developer conference
09:18 developers aren't its main target right um you know outside of the whole media
09:23 thing there's the State of the Union in at dub dub DC which is the developer keynote
09:30 basically right no I did watch that I think you said that you're you have that queued up to watch you have you'd have
09:36 to watch so don't no spoilers no spoilers yeah no you can go ahead yeah I
09:41 did I did watch the State of the Union I thought it was very cool they they didn't talk about me emojis at all in
09:47 the State of the Union right it was all you know they focused on a few of the main features and dived a little bit
09:54 further down into how that affects developers and what developers need to do so I thought that was pretty
09:59 interesting like one example is like the dark the dark mode something that was really cool is that it's not just purely
10:05 black right basically what dark mode does is it analyzes your desktop wallpaper and then
10:14 it gets a color a main color and mixes that color with the dark gray and then
10:21 that creates the dark mode color right so like they show side by side like a
10:27 wallpaper that was more reddish or orange and then they have them like up one that was more dark and then they put them
10:33 side-by-side you can see the different colors of the windows because it mixed the colors of your wallpaper with the
10:38 actual colors of the window it's pretty cool and obviously there's all kinds of api's that developers can use to obviously use
10:45 those colors right - so they developers and third-party apps if they have custom views and whatnot can can actually you
10:51 know utilize those colors and those api's as well and looking forward to dark moon in that hole
10:59 slew of new window.chrome I think yeah I love the menu bar in dark mode it's
11:07 different than the dark mode current that you know you can have like a dark menu bar now but that's just like a
11:13 black you know or you know very dark grey menu bar with white icons the new
11:19 one is very different and I love it um it's yeah it's really good I have dark mode running all my I have a 2016
11:25 MacBook Pro with touch bar and and the keyboard and all that jazz no hatin I
11:31 love that laptop for everyone that doesn't sorry I don't know you're crazy I love the laptop sorry so yeah touch
11:38 bars great is it groundbreaking no still love the laptop so for all you haters
11:43 out there sorry it's a winner for me alright so more
11:49 specific I guess maybe I could but first so Mac os10 so obviously we talked about
11:55 dark mode right um and dark mode is really cool obviously not every app that I have installed because I do have it
12:02 installed um obviously if it's using custom views it doesn't support dark mode yet but a lot of my apps -
12:08 surprisingly a lot of the apps just especially the Apple ones right all of those just work by default
12:15 it was interesting I was actually proving some websites and when I had dark mode installed some website
12:20 backgrounds turned black um so I thought that was interesting I'm not sure if they have no body background color and
12:27 they're just using the browser's default background color I'm not sure because those websites also had black text so it
12:34 totally didn't work it's a good using
12:39 GUI test there yeah yeah I you know obviously this is beta one so I don't I really didn't dig for further into what
12:46 was going on there but I heard some people you know already filing radars to
12:52 have like a CSS media query for when dark mode is enabled so that maybe based
12:58 on if dark mode is enabled Apple you could serve up different you know content or CSS styles not content but
13:04 CSS styles for the user so that can be interesting yeah yeah I'm gonna be
13:09 interesting especially considering that they're walking down Safari even harder yes their privacy in content controls
13:14 yes so leaving one once you go with it with some of those news controls in Safari so yeah the the general in
13:23 general just an idea is they are trying to make it harder and harder for websites and companies like Facebook to
13:31 track users so you know all of our analytics are gonna get a little less
13:38 specific a little more vague so that you know pushing privacy forward so I wonder
13:45 if you know the example you have with the media query stuff you know it's very common for websites to use CSS to track
13:52 people and using you know browser tricks like that so you know even that's just a
13:58 little bit of information I wonder if they're gonna be like no I'm not gonna do something like that just for you know
14:03 anonymizing people even more
14:09 yeah that's gonna be I'm very interested in how these though how this is gonna affect people to share buttons and tweet
14:16 buttons and what they explicitly called out tweet buttons and share buttons and
14:23 like comment fields like discuss and Facebook comments and stuff like that so
14:28 they explicitly called those out in the keynote so I thought that was very interesting um it you know I'll be
14:36 honest actually I've been using Safari 12 but I actually haven't even played with any of those security things I
14:43 don't have any sort of tweet buttons or anything like that on my site so um and
14:48 share buttons I'm just opening it up on my laptop now just to see if there is any different settings that have really
14:55 changed and really the the security fields in in there are just the same
15:00 it's just worn fraudulent websites so it doesn't even look like maybe you can even can't even turn that off oh and oh it's privacy
15:08 you know even there the website that stuff just looks the same maybe they have in the websites they have some more
15:14 oh content blockers autoplay page zoom that was that's all the same so it looks
15:19 like I don't see any new settings for this stuff maybe they just flat-out just blocking it and that's it you know so I
15:28 have interesting it'll be interesting to see now also in Safari they have a bunch
15:33 of new password stuff so like you know they kind of like it looks like they they kind of took in a lot of features
15:40 like one password has like stronger passwords they'll alert you if you're using the same password across multiple
15:46 web sites stuff like that and but what what's cool is it looks like they also
15:51 are opening up those api's for third-party developers like one password
15:57 for people that are using one password so that you can get the seamless integration if you're using a third-party you know password tool like
16:05 one password which you should be using I love one password I think it's awesome they recently released one password
16:10 seven which I'm all over I love the UI I love the new browser extension for one password it is just amazed balls so
16:18 great work to the guise of a j'l who release when password seven last month I
16:24 think it was last month yeah I'm really looking forward to that anything that kind of think streamlines the
16:30 development workflow especially especially on the mobile device mm-hmm I'm looking forward to that password
16:36 yokas I must launch one password two dozen times a day yeah it up for various
16:43 things so oh and I have to say so another cool thing with Safari is if you're in Safari and you know a lot of
16:48 ton of bank websites and other do like that two-factor authentication thing where they'll send you a text message
16:54 well now when that happens and I did it twice today I logged into my bank and it
17:00 did the two-factor authentication the text came through and Safari saw that and auto-filled it I didn't even need to
17:07 open up messages auto-filled that two-factor authentication key into the browser field for me automatically
17:13 that's crazy that was super cool yeah I wonder how they know that it's you know
17:19 for this website this phone number comes from this website kind of deal yeah I don't know um yeah I came through
17:26 and inaudible it didn't automatically fill it gave me like a little pop-up kind of like like an auto fill under the
17:33 field and then I had to click it to fill it into that field so um yeah just it's
17:39 detect nd after you put it where it goes yes but it if it had little pop-up under
17:46 the exact field it needed so yeah I wish I was prized it worked really well it's
17:52 very cool cuz while that I understand for security reasons but you know websites and banks and whatnot have that
17:58 it's annoying as hell from the end-user perspective so you know Apple doing stuff like that makes it really easy for
18:05 people to make things more secure as well with the two-factor authentication yeah definitely and you know another
18:12 thing I find there's a lot of feature parity uh much more so now so like you know I saw a lot of things like Apple
18:18 release stuff for Mac or well first they you know they announced it for iOS and then it was like oh yeah we also have that for Mac too so it seems like
18:24 they're getting closer to feature parity between the two os's which was awesome and then they even announced that
18:31 they're taking it further with integrating all of the new you know they
18:36 rereleased a bunch of iOS apps like news and homekit and I can't remember the
18:43 third or fourth one but basically those now have Mac apps as well and what that
18:49 is is it's basically the iOS app running on your Mac and they explicitly said the
18:56 Mac is not going to become iOS it's just some apps you can now port over to the
19:02 Mac and they're doing it only Apple could do that now this year and then in 2019 they're gonna release the the
19:08 frameworks for developers so that was kind of the thing that they they give us a sneak peek into the future of and I
19:14 think that's great uh you know I think a lot of apps not every app um can can basically you know
19:20 port one to one over to the Mac but I think something like news it works
19:25 really well um I do like it I I wish it was you could like add your own RSS feeds to it
19:31 it would kind of be cool yes that would Sherlock um you know a lot of RSS
19:36 readers but I Slean would like it differently do you
19:41 want to hold the other one other thing I wanted to mention was this in file format that they're pushing I don't do
19:49 much with AR but seems like Apple is really trying to push
19:55 I push AR mm-hmm - you know a new level I dip I'm trying to I must think that
20:01 that industry must be the next you know big big social a big money driver a big
20:07 user base driver or whatever yeah there's a lot of skeptics about it cuz I mean there's a lot of the AR apps or
20:14 kind of gimmicky and people download tons of them but then they never really use them right so right um now into the
20:21 OS Apple you know has a new measurements app which um I've heard mixed reviews up so far in terms of its accuracy right it
20:28 is in beta right but definitely makes reviews in terms of its accuracy of measuring various things but it looks it
20:37 looks pretty cool and they're working with Adobe to do like some WYSIWYG AR stuff which I don't fully grok or
20:44 understand um to be honest which is this new you SDS USD file format yeah I mean
20:51 I don't do anything with AR but I know a lot of active users do various you know
20:57 architectural or other industries yeah our real estate websites you know that there are a lot you know I know quite a
21:03 few represe that do like 3d architects you know design stuff and this could
21:09 potentially be something interesting for them to have some sort of interactive AR thing on their website yeah could be
21:14 cool because it embeds right there it bends on everything from as they say everything from Safari to the mail to
21:21 the entire systems gonna support it so it's interesting it's kind of like a yeah
21:27 it kind of makes me think of like almost like an SVG for a are kind of thing it's
21:33 all you know it seems like it's probably long vector-based see how this all works wherever yeah and apparently like they
21:39 they've shrunken the file size down for like like an inspiring an insane amount like whoa what was a file of like you
21:46 know a gigabyte before is now like you know 80 megabytes or something right so apparently that that this new file
21:52 format that they've created is just like amazing so yeah cool you learn a jump to iOS
21:59 yeah yeah what was your favorite thing in iOS hmm my favorite thing in iOS
22:07 probably the group notifications yes that was the outs very cool yep
22:12 and I think the FaceTime the group
22:19 calling for FaceTime would be kind of nice because personal reasons we can you
22:24 know I can like we can call mm-hmm you know my my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law and different parts of the
22:29 world yeah and I should know that's also on the Mac though as well so it is yeah yep gotta be good yeah that'll be very
22:37 cool the the big kind of techie feature on there with Siri shortcuts that was
22:44 kind of the big technical basically the what's that app workflow yeah yeah so
22:49 workflow still exists I'm unsure of the future of that because of these series shortcuts but the series shortcuts are
22:56 definitely kind of tied to Siri I actually had lunch and was chatting with Ken case of Omni group and that was his
23:03 most exciting feature and I'm I'm excited to kind of see how they take it with all the OmniFocus which is the task
23:09 manager app that I use and they're gonna be integrating a bunch of stuff and playing around with Siri shortcuts so
23:14 that you could you know automate a lot of that you know task management and stuff like that so I was kind of interested in that in his perspective
23:21 totally forgot about that buddy I could point you know cuz it you know Safari feels like
23:27 you could definitely do a lot more yeah I love the the new
23:33 thing with like the parental controls and like analyzing of your time like how much you use that the iOS I I have three
23:42 kids and they are straight-up addicted and I can't I have to say a lot of times
23:48 I find myself picking up my phone too much as well right so um you know this
23:53 will be good especially since as a father I can control like how much time my son spends on Instagram or YouTube
24:00 right so that'll be really cool I'd be like you know you get an hour a day or I
24:05 don't know how much but you know and as a parent I can see his usage report it automatically you know I all can
24:11 automatically see that for my device so that'll be interesting to see that but my favorite number one improvement in
24:19 iOS 12 is hands-down performance so I
24:24 have an iPhone 6 and it just I I never I never got a new phone because I never wanted to pay a
24:30 thousand dollars for a phone that when my iphone 6 was fine right I mean it did everything that I needed it to do and
24:36 time just went by and all of a sudden they're on iphone 10 now but
24:42 i OS 11 was dog slow on my iPhone 6 like it I wanted to get a new phone purely
24:49 because it was so like to open up the camera app which you would expect like fine if it if a third-party app was slow
24:56 but you'd expect like an Apple app like something simple like opening the camera would still be fast because it's just
25:04 opening the camera like it's the same that shouldn't really have changed since iOS I don't know what ever shipped on
25:10 this phone probably iOS 8 I don't remember you would expect stuff like that to be fast and an iOS 11 it was
25:16 taking like 10 plus seconds just to open up the camera app for me to take a picture right and by the time it opens
25:23 it was like yo that the times passed right but then iOS 12 it is just instant
25:29 I open up the camera and boom I can take a pic and that is amazeballs I love that
25:35 um it is completely revitalized my iPhone 6 um I was planning on getting a new phone
25:41 this year and but I mean since my iPhone 6 is so fast now with iOS 12 I'm like
25:48 maybe I can live another year without spending it $1000 on a phone um you know I'm I'm really happy with it um
25:54 there are some things obviously my phone can't do like it doesn't do a arc it and doesn't do live live photos and a few
26:01 other things that I would like to have from a geeky standpoint but I don't know
26:07 I'm really happy with this one it does that all the basics that I really need for our phone I have I have an iPad pro
26:13 so that does a our kit and does live photos and stuff like that even though I don't really I'm not one of the people
26:18 that carries around the photo with their iPad as a camera that either but I do
26:27 have to say I love I love our live photos it's it's great especially having a little oh
26:33 yeah one okay cool you know you know how little kids are oh yeah definitely so
26:39 it's like it's perfect for them because you captured the moment a little bit use me yeah that's cool glad you got a you
26:46 know I'm hoping to keep my phone I have an iPhone X I'm hoping to keep my phone for at least four years so if that makes
26:52 it so I can keep it you know five years and I'm even happier sweet yeah totally
26:57 so I think the big one is watching Wes right that's we and that's what I'm most nervous about yeah so watch OS watch OS
27:05 v um I I think it's just again more refinements nothing huge it just makes
27:11 things better and nicer the one big thing is watch gen watch ones that
27:17 didn't sound right the generation one of the watches aren't supported on watch OS 5 so that includes my watch does that
27:24 include yours that includes mine yeah I'm saying yep kind of kind of thinking about getting a
27:30 new one anyway because our watches aren't waterproof at all yeah and you
27:36 can get them wet but they're like yeah yeah they're kind of dodgy about it I just don't I really didn't want to get a
27:44 new watch because I feel like it you know I want to have it for another five
27:50 years but I feel also feel like I don't want to think about oh I got to take off my watch yeah we're washing my hands or
27:56 given the giving the baby a bath we're gonna go in for a swim I could also see it you know nice not to have to have
28:03 your phone right for some things such as you know one of the new features in watch OS 5 is you can now download and
28:10 listen to podcasts write this one like like hours yeah that's amazing that was
28:15 that was a great lead-in by the way it wasn't it that was pretty classic I think I think that was a nice team
28:21 effort there yeah um that night now you
28:28 can listen to Joe on the go wherever you are oh boy hours a day now one thing I I
28:35 don't remember if it supports third party like I don't use Apple's podcast app I use Castro which they were just
28:41 released version 3 I don't know if it will support like you download theirs I don't know I'm
28:47 hopefully I think that would be nice but we'll see another interesting thing for
28:53 watch OS and I have to say I'm I'm kind of dreading this from a business standpoint is you can now view web pages
29:01 on your watch now let me just tell everybody please on day one don't be
29:07 saying oh I have this you know web page that has you know five sliders on it and
29:14 it runs and loads really slow on my watch you know and I you know your if
29:20 your webpage as you know I don't let's just have some common sense about this people right like you're on a watch okay
29:30 especially this is like version 1.0 I don't know how things are gonna look how
29:37 usable that really is going to be um I can't load watch OS 5 on my watch currently yeah I don't know don't email
29:46 me for quite a long time about that no
29:51 we left because you know it's good true I know I know I know what's gonna happen we love you we love you but yeah so yeah
29:59 like you know I can't upload a photo to total CMS for my watch yet what's going on you know like yeah it's gonna happen
30:12 guessing it's gonna be like well I probably like the older iPhones
30:19 where you kind of get the page and you kind of scroll around and move around it's gonna be jaggedy it's gonna be not
30:24 great but I guess it's for Lake when you're out trying to get it like a restaurants phone number or something
30:30 linked to having yeah you bring up their website and then you could get the note phone number and you could tap that and it calls every from your watch I think
30:36 that's like yeah you know the use case that I could see I was trying to think of it as well like I'm thinking like you
30:42 know I I have a stack called agent that you know will tech to detect the device that and then you can serve up custom
30:48 content based on that device and basically you know it's like maybe you do a if someone's visiting this from a
30:54 watch like just serve up here's our name here's our phone number here's our address and that's it or something like
30:59 that you know what I mean and you know don't serve up anything else you know I
31:05 don't know I you know I I've thought about it for maybe all of like 10 15 minutes tops but yeah definitely not a
31:14 full-blown in even I'd say even Apple while they announced that they kind of you know I don't remember that was in
31:20 the developer in the platform or if it was in the main keynote but they definitely did you know have reservations of you know this isn't
31:28 gonna be fully functional web browser on your watch right so hmm maybe they just
31:33 generate just disable all the ste all the JavaScript on the page and yeah just
31:40 do HTML CSS kind of thing hmm maybe it's kind of like reader view and
31:45 in Safari and it just like strips out all that stuff all that stuff and yeah I don't know that's we're in the we're in
31:53 the land of the unknown now people I don't know I don't have again I can't load watch it was five yet so yeah
31:59 that's my that's probably my biggest fears same same reservations you do you know it's ah yeah yeah last ones TV OS I don't
32:07 really see anything in TV us that was like groundbreaking um I obviously some minor tweaks in here and their
32:12 performance and 4k content and and whatnot but nothing nothing
32:18 groundbreaking especially for rapidly for users yeah me either
32:23 probably the main thing they just I keep an eye on is is homekit you know that kind of stuff
32:30 and cuz I'm always trying to figure out it's been around for home kidded around for a while and haven't really gelled
32:37 for me completely yet so yeah oh yeah the home kids coming to Apple TV that's right yeah yeah let's come into mac OS
32:44 come to Mac OS let's come to Mac OS and app all i/o it's already on Apple TV actually I think yeah I have a home kit
32:52 app on my Apple TV already um I don't use it at all yeah I use it to monitor
33:00 the air quality in in my daughter's room okay that's you know so you know trying
33:07 to look for the next big thing there because I some somewhere somehow there's
33:13 gonna be something there that I think it's gonna be a breakout for that but nothing yet nothing yet cool well I
33:21 think wrap wrapping up I think we should say that um I have I I am running 10.14
33:26 Mojave wrap over seven runs perfectly on it does rep you for six I don't know
33:32 actually to be honest here let's not to put Dan on the spot here I wouldn't expect regular six to run but
33:44 oh maybe uh here's RFP for six let's see
33:49 from roll as a is gonna have some work to do support for dark motive is it gonna hurt
33:59 Oh No okay so you're gonna have to hear it rep Reaver 7 which i think is just fine
34:04 right because rep you were eights coming out anyway and obviously both rap we were seven and rap we were eight already
34:10 worked perfectly inside mojave and you should be upgrading especially
34:15 reprobates coming out it's really cool i love it it will support dark mode and
34:21 it's yeah yeah assembler I remember everybody Mojave is gonna be a beta when
34:27 you get it first if you're one of those beta testers it's a beta so keep that in perspective that not everybody's running
34:34 it so you know be kind yes see I mean I
34:39 I didn't have any major issues it was pretty clean update um I do have a few apps that don't that don't work that
34:45 just crash on load so um yeah it's a beta everybody so please please be nice
34:52 to developers if you are loading the beta and their app doesn't work don't go roasting them on Twitter and
34:58 whatnot and forums just be nice their developers shooting me an email they probably know about their app on Mojave
35:04 if they are a decent developer so just be nice they are people too yes we are
35:14 all right cool let's wrap this out you know Gregg working everyone find you
