00:00 okay you ready I think so okay let's get the ball rolling yo
00:20 everybody has everybody going we are episode 2 we've made it to episode 2 already Greg that's awesome I'm on a
00:27 roll we are on a roll so in this episode
00:33 last episode that in episode 1 we talked about 2017 some of the cool stuff we did
00:38 some of the stuff we thought we could have done better on right and in this episode we're gonna be talking about
00:44 2018 and I'm super stoked for 201
80:49 hopefully it will be I'm planning to be my biggest year ever what about you Greg I can't wait I can't wait I'm actually
00:59 really excited about it I feel like a lot of the stuff that ran up at the end
01:04 of 2017 is coming into 2018 I feel like I'm on better footings so I looking
01:09 forward to a lot of good stuff sweet so who wants kick it off you want me to
01:14 kick off you're gonna kick it off what we can do huh well I don't know you can you can get
01:21 started us you start us off okay so I'm gonna come on about I'm gonna talk about I'm gonna I'm gonna go
01:28 for the biggest one first okay so for those that might not know right well hey
01:34 everyone probably knows I've been on Joakim Annette selling all my rapidweaver goods for almost ten years
01:41 and what we're gonna be doing this year is I'm completely rebranding everything
01:49 now hopefully you you are a member of right if you're listening you're you
01:54 guys know that I have the Weaver space community and it's been growing for the
01:59 past 18 months and we have a lot of users I think we are up to like 120
02:05 users on there now which is which is pretty nice it's a very active community and I'm loving it so I have decided this
02:13 year that I'm gonna be moving everything over to that Weaver space brand so over New
02:19 Year's I changed the Weaver space domain domain over to like a splash page like a
02:25 coming soon page and the user community has moved to community dot Weaver space and right now what I am actively working
02:34 with the myth and legend John Hawkins the hipster Weaver himself he has helped
02:40 me design the new Weaver space site and it's going to be pretty awesome and kind
02:48 of a related thing to that is I'm working on a new product called dynamics
02:53 which is they plug into total CMS and dynamics is gonna be basically like the
02:59 database behind the new Weaver space obviously it's gonna be all built with rapid Weaver and all the data is gonna
03:07 be dynamic like let me give you an example like right now like if you look at my Joe Rogan net rapidweaver project
03:12 file right I have like a rapidweaver page for every product and that's a
03:19 hundred and fifty products right and trying to maintain something like that even though we have partials and and
03:24 before partials we had templates which I was you know leveraging and whatnot like managing that many pages just it sucks
03:32 like you know managing I you know what's kind of the biggest project you have if you had a project file bag had hundreds
03:39 of files in it our pages in it thank God no oh you know they come across they
03:45 come across I think I opened up a one gigabyte project file yeah last week yeah they're nuts like it's you know I
03:52 mean I rep revert you know I'm so shocked it that it handles things pretty well but you know if I if I want to
04:01 change or update a product page like knowing that I have to you know go in now granted I built this all before
04:08 partials and a lot of that is much more easier now with much more easier the great English but you know a lot of that
04:15 is much easier now with partials but I built my site pre partials so I didn't have all that cool stuff and but imagine
04:23 if you for all 150 products I had one file in one page in my rap Weaver project that
04:30 was my product page and then basically I publish it to the site and then when
04:35 user requested a product it would just dynamic dynamics would you know feed in the data for every single product and
04:41 that page would be built out you know from the end user perspective I'd have you know hundreds of pages but in
04:47 rapidweaver it's just one and you know I'm excited for that that's gonna be
04:53 really cool and it will be productized so it'll be available for everyone which
04:58 is cool because I want to make sure that everyone has this ability not just me so that's my my big thing for 2018 my
05:06 biggest thing oh yeah and say an ambitious undertaking yeah yeah how are
05:12 you Greg I had this kind of I don't know
05:17 kind of Epiphany at the end of 2017 and something I really wanted to do see
05:23 running running a hosting company it's really really really hard to distinguish
05:29 yourself from somebody else right so you have to kind of market yourself differently you have to talk about
05:35 yourself differently and something that I really wanted to do different was not
05:40 just do hosting but do bundles and I wanted to build a set of services that
05:48 users needed that they couldn't get it elsewhere and so it's not just like
05:55 hosting and now I do email newsletter hosting so I wanted to build a suite of
06:00 services that a business or a a small community like a church or anything like
06:07 that could use to not just host the website but manage their newsletters and
06:12 email communications you know market people market businesses you know and really let people have the tools that
06:20 they need to grow and not need to have all these other services and all these other companies so that was really an
06:29 interesting moment for me and so I'm working on executing on that so no now I finally released the newsletter service
06:36 in the beginning of 2027 2018 and now I want to start marketing it and start you know drinking my own eating my
06:45 own dog food drink my own kool-aid and do better bo newsletters and marketing
06:50 and all that kind of stuff because I am horrible at it or yeah yep
06:55 yeah it definitely is something you got to learn and force yourself to you know I think the the key to that I think
07:02 we're gonna get more to this into the next episode guys when we talk about emails in episode 3 but really quick I think you know pre-planning all of that
07:09 is is kind of a key you know it's you can't just fly by the seat of your pants you know you kind of got to pre-plan all
07:15 that stuff out and that's something that I and probably most developers aren't
07:20 too great at it's not necessarily in our
07:26 blood yeah exactly exactly I mean besides that I'm hoping new chillydog
07:34 hosting site oh yeah whatever I really want to I really want to make I really want to make the monitor choices and a
07:41 lot of options Lex confusing ease dear streamline everything and I want to finally do
07:50 Weaver picks for I want to get it done I'm making it a stack and it's gonna be
07:58 a big earner taking it they could be really cool Weaver picks was probably my first big
08:04 success in the rabid Weaver space mm-hmm so I kind of it's a leap you know it's one of those labor of love so I want to
08:12 bring it back and make it relevant again so I yeah yeah really I'm really looking
08:20 forward to hopefully a prosperous and successful 2018 if you know life doesn't get in the way life oh man yep yeah so
08:30 you're a single dad this week right I am a single dad this week oh man nine nine
08:36 days fine long days sweet I know tonight wasn't tonight was night one are you
08:42 more nervous or excited or a little bit of both um I'm not nervous my wife and
08:50 my mother are nervous they're concerned and my mother-in-law is nervous
08:57 they really don't think I don't know what the baby's gonna eat for the next
09:02 week my wife luck you know left me a laundry list on on the fridge
09:09 of meals to plan yeah so aside from
09:16 dynamics what else you thinking about for 2018 you think that's gonna take you the entire entire year so hopefully not
09:23 right um you know I so dynamics will come along with total CMS 2.0 and so the
09:32 big update for that is the whole back end I basically already rewritten the entire back end of a total CMS I'm not a
09:40 hundred percent done with it but that is going along with dynamics so total CMS will be a two Dada will be a free update
09:47 to all existing users dynamics will be an additional add-on to total CMS and
09:53 I'm hoping to have that out by summer that's my that's my goal originally I
09:59 wanted to I wanted to be spring but I think I'm gonna put it off to summer so I can have us some extra long beta
10:04 testing from users but outside of that you know I do have a bunch of stacks
10:09 ready to ship when I launch the new site so that's kind of exciting it's just
10:15 some smaller stuff nothing big like total CMS just a couple 2.0 updates for
10:20 some stacks that I've been wanting to you know ship updates to and a couple other new stacks that I've built over
10:26 the you know past kind of year actually that I just haven't had time to release
10:32 so I'm gonna release them all I think I have five or six stacks now that will be
10:39 new or you know you know major updates when I launch the site so that'll be
10:44 kind of fun are you gonna discontinue and trim down your good that is a great
10:51 question and the answer is yes some things will be going away some
10:57 things have already kind of already quietly removed from my existing site or they're not removed the web pages are
11:04 still there but you can't buy them anymore so I have been doing that slowly so some things may disappear when I
11:12 release the new site so yeah yeah I did that when I when I released forms plus I
11:18 discontinued Weaver box mmm I was kind of forms plus was basically everything I
11:26 could have thought of to do with with with Weaver box you know it's then being
11:32 able to dynamically rearrange your form and do all the stuff that stacks let you do didn't make sense that didn't make
11:40 sense to offer it anymore and still it still had the functionality that we've relaxed had the big thing about Weaver box was that it allowed you to upload
11:48 files that were larger than what your shared hosting company would let you do mm-hmm did that by breaking your file up
11:56 into small parts and uploading those part sums of the server yeah and those pieces got read you know joined together
12:02 to perform the original again you haven't you know once Plus does that so it's like well you know don't really
12:09 need Weaver box anymore so and I also took out I also took out leave her a
12:15 thumb I dropped Weaver FM from sale just because I haven't had the time and the
12:20 dedicate to it so I felt bad trying to sell something that I didn't have the resources but you know that's on my list
12:26 but I don't know if it's gonna get to 27 2018 you know didn't get to 2017 that's for sure yeah ah you know the big one a
12:33 lot of other people are wanting for me is you know the next version of Foundation and no that's definitely on
12:39 my list you know it's the reason I I'm
12:45 okay with maybe putting an offer as long as I have is that the current version of
12:51 foundation is still so solid and that you know people haven't had any limitations they haven't been you know
12:57 striving and dying for features they just want something new right and I definitely plan on bringing that but I
13:04 want to definitely make sure I take my time on that there will be no upgrade path for anyone that is listening that
13:10 hasn't seen my posts on this on Weaver's base there will be zero upgrade path from the current version of foundation
13:16 to the new one that I plan on releasing they will be it's basically like I'm I'm because I'm going to rebuild it from
13:22 scratch and it'll be like a new stack set so the the current version will
13:29 still live on you know forever it's not going away you can keep it installed it'll run perfectly in parallel with the
13:35 new version but if you want to update it a site with the new version that I release in the future hopefully 2018 no
13:41 promises on dates on that but you know you'll have to you know completely
13:47 rebuild the site in the new stacks if that's what you want to do so yeah that's that's the big one that people
13:53 are probably really wanted me to talk about on the podcast so why would you why would you rewrite it from scratch
13:59 not it's leverage a lot of your work from because um you know there there are
14:05 a lot of things like you know changing of settings and rethinking how I've done things that you can't do that if you
14:12 have if you want to upgrade right because the settings have to be the same right because if I guess I could you
14:20 know keep all this the you know the stacks the same but if I change settings from underneath then I'm gonna break a
14:25 site and that's just that's not good no no no no yeah oh and I guess I guess to
14:31 clarify you don't need to worry you can release it and not and make it so it
14:37 shows up as a different stack right but yes your underlying code could be a largely similar oh yes you know I I'm
14:43 not completely scrapping everything obviously you know okay yeah yeah I I am gonna start from a new reference of mind
14:51 in terms of strategy and you know stuff like that but yes I will now the new
14:56 version will leverage the latest version of herbs framework because the current the current stacks use foundation 5 and
15:05 foundation 6 has been out for probably a year now and you know I I have a pretty
15:11 good relationship with the guys down in ZURB there well there are a couple hours from me but there they are in the Bay
15:17 Area and I go down there a few times a year and and have lunch with them and I'm showing what I've been working on
15:23 and and like I was there I showed them all the email stuff because I use their email framework to build the emails to
15:28 and so I I dunno they're working on foundation 7 they had a couple internal
15:35 things a few about three or four months ago and they laid off some people including the their existing lead
15:43 developer on foundation framework but they've they do have people still
15:48 actively working on it so that did kind of slow down the the 7.0 release that they I think we're hoping forward to be
15:55 right around now but I I'm thinking I'm
16:00 probably gonna wait for foundation seven to I mean obviously I'll start
16:06 beforehand but I think I'm gonna wait to release everything until foundation seven is out so that you know I just
16:11 kind of leapfrog six and go straight into seven and and we'll be golden with that that's kind of my thought it sounds
16:19 pretty cool yeah yeah so next up what what what else
16:26 you got planned for 2018 you know you got your email service coming up that's exciting what else you know yeah when we
16:33 form the form plus add-ons and Weaver picks you want to work on anything else
16:39 well I haven't really talked about this I mentioned anything Oh exclusive we've
16:46 a radio exclusive everyone watch out yeah so the other things that on my mind
16:52 that I think about a lot I'll be a lot is um marketing optimization in
16:59 particular EB testing mmm take a lot about a/b testing I thought it would be
17:07 really cool to have that as a service for people okay interesting yeah so what do you mean by a BB testing
17:16 for those that don't kind of know what what a B testing is well let's let's say you're not sure if this button should be
17:24 red or blue so it would be really cool if after visitors got red and half your
17:32 visitors got blue and based on you know the number of users that click
17:40 that button you optimized that color so if 50 people got red 50 people got blue
17:47 but you know the red one had a compare click-through rate you'd go with red so
17:55 I thought it'd be really cool to have a service that would basically in within rapidweaver that would say okay I'm
18:02 gonna launch my site I'm gonna run this test and that test runs an optominute
18:08 optimization for you automatically cool um I think about I think about
18:14 optimization stuff like that and building better websites you know marketing yeah how I can maximize
18:21 maximize the you know ROI return on investment for that kind of thing I Stephanie you know something like you
18:27 know I've always wanted to look more into analytics and you know see how I could improve my site via my looking at
18:34 analytics it's just something I never really do to be brutally honest like you
18:39 know I look at the hits that I have I use P WIC right I stopped using Google Analytics a couple years ago but and
18:44 they actually just renamed they're like on Montera or something like that and
18:50 say yeah if you guys looking for P week it's now renamed I think it's pretty sure it's Montara
18:55 but they have an a/b testing plugin but it's quite pricey and I haven't I
19:02 haven't jumped into that boat yet because just because I knew I'm it's probably something that I pay for and then not really look at because yeah
19:09 yeah I don't know it's something that really I find really cool I have to
19:14 really do the find out if the community thinks it's really cool yeah but you know it's one of those things where it's
19:19 like this would be really slick and part of his a technical challenge so I'm like
19:25 oh you know I want to build and deploy a service that you know has globally
19:30 clicks and aggregates data right yeah and really fast so it's a technical
19:37 challenge so we'll see it is fun you know eating your own need right and yet
19:42 like for example dynamics is a need that I've wanted for years and you know I'm
19:47 scratching my own itch and you know just making sure that the way I do it I'm gonna be able to you know
19:53 release it to the world so that they can use it to you know so yeah that that's always that's always a great thing yeah
20:00 um you know and another I I can check this one off the list for 2018 do a
20:06 podcast do a podcast a yeah see wasn't that on your list where we could check
20:12 that off Gregg boomers I've done I've been I've been yes I've been dropping hints for a while and I finally got you
20:18 to wean it yes yes although I haven't built the site yet I haven't finished a
20:23 logo yet so hopefully by the time you guys you know are listening this you'll
20:29 actually I'll actually have a community at least a community page on Weaver space done with you know so you can go
20:35 ahead and post comments and questions there which I didn't even mention in Episode one how horrible of me right
20:41 that was just a bad podcast host right there man were such amateurs and
20:46 marketing 101 man man such a bad podcast dose okay everyone okay I'll make up for
20:52 it now everyone go to Weaver radio calm that's our URL right okay good Weaver
20:59 yes we hear radio calm right as of right now it that it's cheeky it just Ford's
21:05 over to a community on Weaver space um it is on me we will have a bomb site
21:11 coming up this year I promise you it will be it'll be amazeballs okay so there I've made that
21:19 up for episode 1 okay so next thing ano for 2018 you know one thing I want
21:25 to work more on which I I think is one of my one of my biggest drawbacks is a
21:31 lot of times I I focus so much on making new products and improving new products that I I don't work enough on tutorials
21:40 and training right III think that I could do much better at that I think I
21:47 do okay I you know I don't do a horrible job right I do a ton of video I don't do
21:52 many fa Q's or you know manual documentation I'm just not a great
21:58 writer guys I'm sorry I just it's just not me but video I love doing video and
22:03 you guys get to see my awesome personality like come on I have fun on videos like we have parties like how much about how much
22:09 more fun is that mean get to spend an hour with me in a video come on but you know whenever I do a video like
22:17 I swear like I am going to okay this video is gonna be I'm gonna do this in 10 minutes like I'm gonna teach this
22:24 entire thing in 10 minutes and then 45 minutes later I'm like thank you everybody you know it's like oh man
22:30 there's no way I could cram that in 10 minutes like I do a video it takes me like 6 hours to get like 5 minutes of
22:36 footage yeah yeah like take 6 cuts you know I have to do 6 takes on it and now
22:42 do you pray playing my videos so we're going off a little tangent but here it's okay so do you like pre playing your videos or how do you do that yeah Rader
22:50 I read a whole favorite of those oh wow like you are complete opposite of me yeah I read I read a whole script I plan
22:57 I have my project file I plan the screens and make sure nothing's on the screen I walk through it time it
23:06 practice it you know it takes so much time but documentation stuff was like
23:12 that is I am horrible with it's actually on on this scratch pad in front of me
23:19 too ashamed to mention it earlier Hey okay so I'll give you a hit on one thing
23:25 I'm gonna try to I'm gonna attempt to use so I found this app on the App Store actually thank Mike Nixon for reminding
23:31 me about it on Weaver space a few weeks ago it's called quiver and it's kind of interesting so it's kind of like
23:38 Evernote okay and that you create you know basically a notebook of notes okay but what's cool
23:47 about it is you can have it can store so it's a centralized app that can have
23:53 multiple what they call shared notebooks so I can have let's say a notebook for
23:58 every single stack inside my stacks repository okay so it the notebooks can
24:05 be actual locations at different locations on your hard drive okay and not only that but the format that
24:13 the notebooks are in is JSON so it's
24:18 programmatically like so I thought that was kind of cool um I it's on my list of
24:24 after I do the website I want to kind of revisit my dock portal and see if I can leverage this and I'll keep you in the
24:31 loop if it's something I'll probably built try to build some automation so that if I you know generate you know a fake using this thing like it'll auto
24:38 generate like a static site for docks or something like that based on that you have to be cool yeah one thing one thing
24:45 I wrote I wrote for this is a tool that will just walk a website and take screen
24:53 captures so you can say visit this page click this button and then fill out this
25:01 form and then take a screenshot so I'm planning on using it for all the hosting
25:08 stuff so it'll it'll log into the billing area into a test account go to different sections of the pages fill in
25:15 the appropriate fields with some values take a screenshot go to the next one and keep going like that so it's kind of
25:22 like a automated way so if the if the billing area if I change the billing error your theme skin colors whatever I
25:29 could just rerun it and it will give me screenshots on my whole website again hmm that sounds in tradition heaven you
25:35 know just haven't taken it to the finish line we haven't completed these things I have to like actually get it done you know yeah yeah that last is that that's
25:43 a quarter mile you know that's that's the hardest sometimes last ten percent right yeah so another thing I had on my
25:52 list is here that I have to give props to you for is um so one of my goals for this year was to expand my team okay and
25:58 my team I mean like so I hired a new bookkeeper this year and in a new HR
26:04 company and to do payroll so I hired a company called gusto comm to do my
26:10 payroll and for my bookkeeper I have bench bench co so they're online
26:16 services but they are part of my team now and I I'm already in love with them
26:22 like it's nicer ah dude I didn't have to her file payroll this year like all the
26:28 forms like I've been stupid I've been filing my own payroll for like years and like
26:35 ah dude I can't tell you a man how painful that is every year like I'd read
26:42 that and gusto was just like January 2nd or whatever that you know that first day was like boom we got all your firms done
26:49 automatically and it's already filed I'm like what I used to download like the
26:55 PayPal things and try to reconcile yeah the PayPal with like with my bank
27:01 account every month and it would take me two to three days to do yeah ya know
27:07 just having that accountant bookkeeping there doesent lifesaver yeah I also got
27:15 a new lawyer so yeah are you familiar with a year list new um Mac Sparky you know he's
27:22 like Mac power users podcast he's kind of you know in the bow yeah yeah yeah yeah so if you didn't know he's a lawyer
27:28 so I've actually known him for years I knew he was a lawyer but for some reason
27:33 I never put one and one together and I was like I need a lawyer max Sparky's a lawyer so yeah I when I
27:43 talked to him and I meet him at conferences or whatever we just talked about geek stuff you know and I remember
27:49 uh so last year in 2017 he kind of went off on his own and and he was a part of
27:54 a practice but he just kind of went off on his own now and he's just you know doing clients on his own and he talked
27:59 about that a little bit on the Mac power users podcast and for some reason it that that episode it was just like it
28:04 clicked I was like duh like why aren't I using David like so yeah so David sparks
28:10 everyone Mac Sparky yeah he's my new lawyer and he's going to help me out with like contracts for the new Weaver
28:16 space site and some other stuff it had a little thing up this weekend that I
28:21 won't go into and he's helped me out with that - yeah that's that's that's
28:27 cool is always always nice to have it have a good lawyer yeah someone told me a good lawyer and a
28:34 good accountant save you a bunch of money because you know just dealing with dealing with those kind of things is
28:40 just not not cheap so I'm having a good one it's always yeah always very good my next goal is
28:47 kind of a personal goal but I want to read more books this year you know like you know I used to be a huge book reader
28:54 in terms of like you know business books and self-help books and all that jazz and you know and you know I just haven't
29:00 had the time to do it I just felt like I didn't didn't have the time to do that so I want to do that more this year so I created a list of like 50 books I
29:07 don't want to read this year but I'm already way behind I've even finished the first one yet it's March 4th yeah I
29:16 just checked my Kindle is in my desk drawer absolutely dead I think I think I
29:22 charged it like twice since I've owned owned it yeah okay but what what so what I think I'm gonna try to do to improve
29:29 myself a little bit is so you've your ever heard of Linkous no myself so they
29:35 do it's an iPhone app but it's a service they have an iPhone app and a whatever app they're everywhere but what they do
29:40 is they they create audio and book summaries so like what you know I heard
29:48 on I was listening to the Tim Ferriss podcast and one of his guests says what they do is they instead of buying or
29:53 listening or reading a book to verify that they want to spend the time to read
29:59 the entire book they'll find that book on bling kissed which it is a service I think it's like 80 bucks a year right
30:06 but they'll listen to the 15 minute summary of blinka you know on that
30:11 particular book and then if if that intrigues them further to you know read the whole book at that point they'll go
30:17 read the book you know so I just thought it could be an interesting thing for me to a you know maybe get into you know
30:22 consuming some books via audio a little bit more you know in the car or whatnot and then you know making sure maybe I
30:30 don't waste time on a book that I might not really enjoy if that I could potentially you know weed out just by
30:35 listen to a 15-minute audio or something like that oh you know I struggle with I struggle with actually reading a book
30:41 for pleasure if my my entire I don't feel like my entire life but I know it's
30:47 only since college is all the books I read are technical books mmm so you know in any book that I will
30:54 pick up is gonna be typical books oh yeah remember last time they were in a book that's non-technical and you know business even
31:01 a business book I guess they're technical but I just can't read a book like a fiction story or anything like
31:08 that it yeah just I get three I get one chapter in and I'm like all right back to email well my problem is you know
31:15 normally it's like you know I fall asleep easy especially like it and so a lot of times I have to read at night because that's kind of when I have that
31:21 I find the most time like you know after the kids are in bed and at that point it's like I'm already so tired and then
31:27 you pick up a book and it's like two pages in I'm out you know it's like so yeah yeah reading sounds like something
31:36 compose gonna have pretty busy 2018 they must say yeah yep so last thing on my
31:42 list you have anything more on your list I feel like I'm you know got anything else on your list the only thing I'm on
31:48 my list it really is is optimization and automation I really I really have to do
31:54 better about those kind of things because I need to be more efficient with my time and better better used my time
32:01 you know I have had 18 month old so she's she learned the word running just
32:11 wait for the word climbing oh no he does that does that anyway yeah yeah she'll scale she'll scale our coach
32:19 she she picks up you know she picks up the enemy and drags it over the couch climbs up on top of that and then hope
32:25 that you know wait till they sorely Tillie realized they can use the drawers in the kitchen that's a ladder you like
32:30 and then they oh man she's using she's using the handles on the doors oh yeah I
32:35 put her phone okay so you're not far off yeah so try to be much more efficient
32:42 with my time because I have to have my eyes glued to her torso yeah yeah yeah I'm working I need to be I need to be
32:48 that are both automating when I can automate you know just just in general
32:53 you know life strategies stuff you know those things because it's hard to be is
32:59 hard to be a one-man show and get all these things done and be everything to everybody right yep definitely it's
33:05 tough you have any last last items on your list no no I think I'm thinking I'm
33:12 golden you know obviously we're gonna be Weaver space 2018 this year yeah I haven't
33:18 nailed out the dates for those but I think I might change it up a little bit in that so a watt the conference will
33:24 still be the same but I think I might have like a mini conference like maybe two months before and then maybe
33:30 schedule another one in the winter or something like that I don't know I I got to decide on that really quick because
33:36 it's coming up it'll probably be around September timeframe that's what I did last year so September October you know
33:43 I I might do October this year just because I think September people were still kind of just getting back into
33:49 their kids were get back into school and whatnot so I think that was kind of a tough time for some for a lot of people
33:55 plus I chose like I think it was Labor Day weekend or something like that that was stupid of me
34:01 so anyway I I got to choose dates quick for that so I can get people to get that
34:06 on their calendar yeah I know I know I gave my talk and then like went to pick up my mother and off my daughter's first
34:13 birthday at the airport and she's running around it was like all right
34:19 yeah yeah cool well I think we've we've wrapped up this this call I think we've
