00:10 today I'd like to talk to you about
00:12 something that I've wanted to do for a
00:13 very long time and that is bring a
00:17 rapidweaver conference to all of you
00:19 right gather some of the best minds in
00:22 the rack Weaver community to get them on
00:24 stage to teach you about best practices
00:28 and things to improve your web designs
00:32 now I understand that traveling for a
00:37 rapid erie conference probably isn't
00:39 viable for so many of you because
00:43 chances are a lot of you are doing this
00:45 part-time or just a side hobby but you'd
00:48 still love to learn so what I'm going to
00:50 be doing is holding an online virtual
00:52 conference for rapidweaver now over the
00:56 past year I've attended several virtual
00:59 online conferences in preparation to see
01:03 what I can do to bring you the best
01:06 possible online conference experience
01:09 now the bad news is most of the virtual
01:12 conferences I attended weren't great at
01:16 all right but I've learned enough from
01:19 them to figure out what I can do to make
01:22 it better right and I am positive that I
01:25 can provide the best online conference
01:28 out there like period it will be better
01:32 than anything else out there and my goal
01:34 for this is to bring an in-person
01:36 conference feel to an online conference
01:40 right a lot of conferences you just sit
01:43 there and you're watching a screen and
01:45 maybe they have a chat room right but
01:47 that's not what why we go to conferences
01:49 yes we go to listen to the speakers but
01:53 we also want that interaction with
01:55 customers and other attendees right what
01:59 which is much more than just typing into
02:01 a chat room right that's exactly what I
02:04 want to bring okay I want to bring some
02:06 fun I want to bring hangouts I want to
02:09 bring everything to a complete virtual
02:11 online experience and I very confident
02:14 that it will be the best thing out there
02:16 now when is all this going to happen
02:18 right so
02:20 it will happen right now it's scheduled
02:22 for November forth through November
02:25 sixth that is a friday to a Sunday and I
02:30 think the best time to have it scheduled
02:32 because we will have attendees from all
02:33 over the world so it'll be around ten
02:37 a.m. to three pm Pacific okay that's San
02:43 Francisco pacific time in GMT that's
02:46 approximately 6 p.m. to midnight so it's
02:50 a little bit late right but then it also
02:53 curtails to early morning over in
02:55 Australia so it's five a.m. to ten am
02:58 over there right so I think that time
03:00 frame will be the best to get people
03:02 globally attending and the more people
03:05 we have involved the more fun we're
03:07 going to have now below this video you
03:09 will see that there is a survey and I
03:13 would like you to answer this survey so
03:16 that I know exactly what I can do um to
03:20 make this conference a success right now
03:24 I have a lot of really high arching
03:27 goals I can told you I wanted to be the
03:28 best online experience out there now
03:31 however for me to do that there's gonna
03:34 be a lot of investment for me to invest
03:37 in the technology the live streaming
03:39 technology to make all of that happen I
03:41 hope that you take the time to fill out
03:44 the survey below and I can't wait to see

03:52 mail it all out we'll have probably some
03:54 goodies for you before you even you know
03:57 the conference starts so everyone can
03:59 attend day one with their cool you know

04:08 can't wait to have it all happening and
04:11 goings that we can really learn and
04:13 start building a great community around
